This in-person mixer has special guests Ramin Rasoullian and Shervin Majd who will be talking about building, scaling, and funding your startup in this market. It's free and open to all; anyone can drop by and network at the Scalehealth office.

​Ramin Rasoulian is a health tech product executive with deep experience building and scaling digital platforms that bridge patient and clinician needs. He most recently served as VP of Product at Kandu Health, where he led the end-to-end development of a stroke recovery platform, including a patient-facing mobile app and a clinician-facing care navigation portal. Previously, Ramin held leadership roles at Cedars-Sinai hospital, integrating startups into Epic and managing both patient- and clinician-facing digital products. He also served as a Senior Data Product Manager at ZS Associates and a Technical Product Manager at Epic.

​Shervin Majd Ph.D. is a seasoned digital health, AI, and Analytics executive with over 20 years of experience developing and scaling innovative solutions. He currently supports startups and enterprises as a consultant, advisor, and investor, focusing on new product development and fundraising. He also serves as Chief Product Officer and Vice President of AI at Footura, an early-stage startup dedicated to empowering consumer wellness through AI and gamification. Shervin is a member of the Life Science Angels group in the Bay Area, where he invests in and mentors startups in the digital health and medical device sectors. He is regularly invited to serve as a judge at startup competitions hosted by organizations including Stanford, UCSF and HLTH.

Samantha Lee has 12 years of experience in healthcare, investing, and entrepreneurship, and has worked with over 200 founders and c-suite executives to help them grow their companies and achieve their goals. Her healthcare experience includes investing in digital health startups, developing tools for identifying fraud, waste, and abuse in the US healthcare system, and helping a Nigerian healthcare company expand their ChroniCare Clinics to 6 cities in Nigeria. She was previously a founding member and CEO of Conjunct Consulting, a social change consultancy in Asia which works with private and public institutions to strengthen social good organizations.

​Evan Tsang is the Managing Partner of Skylar which provides HR and Finance services for small-to-medium sized technology businesses so they can focus on what they do best. He is also the co-founder of Quroba which provides a technology platform powered by industry experts in regulatory, quality, and compliance to provide business forward solutions helping early stage medtech companies get to market faster.
