With over 20 years of experience, today I am known and recognized for my high-level design and implementation of sustainable HR strategies. I solve complex challenges to optimize performance for companies worldwide. My areas of expertise include change leadership during periods of rapid growth, restructuring and acquisitions, M&A integration, and organizational development.
I began my career in New York City, as an executive search consultant, and progressed with positions of increasing responsibility. These included: HR Manager for The GlenRock Group, a venture capital firm with multiple notable exits, Director of HR for Keynote Systems, a technology company that completed an IPO, VP of HR for Coda EV Automotive, a China/US pioneer manufacturer of electric cars, SVP of HR for Cerberus Management, a private equity firm with an extensive portfolio of turnaround companies, Chief HR Officer for Kairos Ventures, a venture capital firm with an extensive portfolio of hard sciences startups, and Chief HR Officer for B-ON, a global manufacturer of electric trucks.
My consulting practice in HR for startups and turnarounds grew as I took on roles as an operating partner for investors, fractional Chief HR Officer for companies, and advisor to various boards and management teams.

My measurable, results-oriented work is backed up by my credentials: I am GPHR certified and a member of the Turnaround Management Association as well as the Society for Human Resources Management. I hold multiple licenses and certifications in behavior analysis and assessment, in addition to my formal post-graduate (Cornell University), graduate (New York University), and undergraduate (Fordham University) studies.
Based in Southern California, I travel domestically and internationally. My spare time is spent in Japanese gardening, Japanese woodworking, high-intensity training, and hiking.
